After being banished to the basement by his wife to "write a new album", Ligon emerged several months later with eleven new songs of various subject matter including "The Return of Baby Weemus" about a couple who love their little pet bunny so much they let him sleep in bed with them, to "Blue Just For Fun" about a depressed guy who is so cold and sad that he chips the frozen tears off of his face and puts them in a little frozen pile. "Creepy Little Moustache" is Chris Ligon at his surreal, melodic best.
